The house is spacious enough for a family or two, whilst still being intimate for a couples weekend retreat. The open plan kitchen and lounge area is perfect to entertain a group, opening up onto the balcony with views of lake Eildon.

The master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom a queen. The third bedroom is the perfect place to pop the kids featuring a queen bed, 2 suspended single beds and a single bed below. There is also a trundle bed available to be made up upon request.

Please note boats cannot be launched from back yard the public boat ramp is approx. 6km away. Boats can be tied up at the rear of the property depending on lake levels and at owners own risk.

    For $600+ a night, we had expectations of a clean operational house, with clean drinkable running water. To be honest, as a builder it looked like things had just been slapped together. The back sliding doors don't open and close easily or well. There were no screens on back doors or lounge windows, so we couldn't leave them open for fresh air. There were dead insects and loads of dust and cobwebs in the window sills of the bedrooms, and the smaller back bedroom had a broken window.
    On arrival the water wasn't working (that can happen) and the property manager was really great at getting a plumber there quickly. He was great, fixed it, but the water remained grey all weekend, undrinkable. Again, the property manager was amazing and brought us litres of bulk water.
    Things we liked - location was great, right on the water, kitchen was great, property manager wonderful.
    When we get away we aren't overly fussy, but we expect the place to be clean, running clean water, power. We expect the place to be as good or better than our own home. This wasn't unfortunately. We feel if the price was $300p/n, we wouldn't complain, but at that price, you expect a clean, operational, safe house.
